Terms of Service

Prozium provides AI agents that can operate a computer to perform tasks on your behalf. You are responsible for the tasks you instruct your agents to perform.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to: break any law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to breach security, or instruct agents to perform illegal, harmful, or abusive actions. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

The Service operates on a credit and subscription model. Credits are consumed as agents perform work. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Credits already consumed are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You retain ownership of the content and instructions you provide. You grant us the license needed to process them to operate the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by agents based on your instructions. AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing their work.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
