Billing data: processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage data: information about how you use the Service, including agent tasks, credits consumed, and interaction logs, used to operate and improve the Service.

Content data: the instructions, messages, and tasks you provide to your agents.

To provide and operate the Service.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

To communicate with you about your account or service updates.

We do not sell your personal data.

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), your consent (where required), and our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service).

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service, these providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights).

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at help@prozium.app.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Each customer's agent infrastructure is isolated.

Some subprocessors may process data outside the EU. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
